Deep Blue Antigua started with a simple idea: bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to one of the Caribbean's waterfront settings, right at Slipway Dock.
The kitchen combines Italian technique with fresh local seafood: lobster and prawns from trusted local boats, Italian cheeses and olive oil alongside them.
Open Tuesday to Sunday, dinner only. Seasonal: closed for part of the year, open again when the season turns.
